Individual Therapy

I specialize in helping adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, or low-self esteem. Whether you want to improve your relationships, understand yourself better, build confidence, or process difficult experiences, I can help. I provide an affirming and non-judgmental space for people of all backgrounds.

Most clients benefit from meeting once or twice a week. 

Couples Therapy

I work with couples to help improve their communication, build trust, and navigate life changes. I help couples develop practical skills to work together as a team while using an emotion-focused lens to build a deeper connection. I welcome all relationship structures including LGBTQIA+, blended families, and pre-marital couples.

Most couples benefit from meeting weekly or biweekly.
